On January 27, 2012 I met with Maricopa County Department of Public Health – Health Care for the Homeless, to discuss the new audit procedures of the Homeless Provider Program. Health Care for the Homeless is a paperless department that has concerns with the program requiring participants of the HPP to keep a distribution log with clients names and signatures. After discussion of the requirements of the program, Health Care for the Homeless agreed to purchase new reporting software that will met the auditing requirements of the program an allow the organization to remain paperless
